When Men were Gods
Gods and men meet together in the Prado Museum in an exhibition never seen before. Ten halls of the art gallery of Madrid house 46 of the best classical pieces of the Albertinum of Dresde and 20 classical sculptures of the Prado museum. The sample, divided into three sections, has been loaned due to the temporary closing of the German museum. The Prado Museum recovers its Greek and Roman classical sculptures. During six months, the pieces of the Prado Museum will be measured with the new ones that come from Saxony. The photographer Hans-Peter Klut presents in these pages some colour images published exclusively for Ars Magazine.
