A Round Trip Journey
Warhol, Man Ray, Chillida, Schnabel, Vostell... The collection of Javier de la Calzada is full of names that have been decisive in the Contemporary Art. The route through his house of Madrid, in the housing development of El Encinar, is a journey through the art history of the XX century. Almost a hundreds of pieces among paintings, photographs, engravings and furniture fulfil the architect's life, who got his mother´s pasion. Since then, he not only admires the works, but also buys them, sales them, gives them... and, above all, he enjoys them.
