Brancusi and Serra
Richard Serra’s visit to Constantin Brancusi’s Paris studio in the sixties left a legacy of influence and work that has lasted for over 40 years. Their shared interest for work with piles, props and supports has been explored in the first conversations and nowadays in galleries throughout the world. This dialogue is now on display at the Beyeler Foundation and from October onwards, at the Guggenheim in Bilbao.
