«I told the Lehendakari that he should think big»
The man who promoted the most ambitious expansion experimented by a museum is now «the king of Abu Dhabi». He was the director of the foundation and the Guggenheim Museum for 20 years, and now he is part of one of the most ambitious cultural expansion projects, Saadiyat island, where there will be not only a new Guggenheim. Krens gave the king of Abu Dhabi a few ideas and in this interview he deepens in the details of a project that challenges to the worst crisis that the planet has lived for decades.
