Another view from the window of Juan Sánchez Cotán
Lost for decades until its recent exhibition in Lisbon, the Still Life with flowers, vegetables and a basket with cherries is the only Still Life by Sánchez Cotán to include flowers. Its originality and beauty grow when considering it is one of the extemely scarce examples- only seven have been preserved- by the master to have survided to our times.
