My works always recreate something we have lived
Barely two months ago she inaugurated an exhibition of her sculptures in the bottom of the sea, 15 metres deep, next to the island of Espíritu Santo in the Cortés sea (Mexico); an incredible challenge, especially for the visitors. Since November she exhibits in Madrid and at the end of March in New York. Two arrays that are only a taste of her next urban intervention in Toledo: a defying act. Juan Muñoz’s widow is one of the most international Spanish artists, with works in museums and cities all over the world. The reason: she knows not of any difficulties. Or maybe she overcomes them all.
